This hotel was sub standard. We did not even stay on night of our three night stay. Bugs in/on mattress, blood stains on the walls and sheets, ripped and burned sheets, mold in the bathroom, and the entire place smells like cigarette smoke.

The lights were not working in the hallway or bathroom, all the floors were dirty with cockroaches light fixtures were all broken and will not refund my money. You must check in to see the room once I go to the room went rightback to the front desk to try

Your employees were seduced by my ex-girlfriend to lock me out of my room then she stole my laptop for work casing me to lose my job. So basically I lost my job that pays 100k a year because Tori flirted with the desk clerk and took my work laptop.

No bugs! I checked a few times. The a/c and plumbing worked. We didn't get robbed. The place kind of reminded me of a youth hostel I stayed at in college.

had to stay due to electricity being out due to storms had been here for 4 days had no issues with room asked to be moved to a different room die to kids coming to stay they moved me to a room where the tv doesn't work remote doesn't work icebox doesn't work. call front desk and was told ph yeah the 3rd floor rooms icebox's doesnt work. WTF. why would you do that knowing i was bringing my family.

I didn't like anything none of the supposed amenities were available for example there was a coffee maker but no coffee in the entire hotel. There was a pool but it was closed an elevator but it was broken staff but they were completely ignorant and all claim they just recently been hired, and although it was a no smoking room it literally stank of cigarettes
